This volume’s theme is Easter!

We are going to make a delightful bird’s nest potato salad with colorful eggs!

It's like an experiment, so we recommend you to try making it with your kids!

  • Potatoes
  • Quail eggs (or any kind of eggs you prefer)
  • Curry powder
  • Mayonnaise
  • Food coloring

  1. After boiling the eggs, dip them in water tinted with food coloring. And let them rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Boil the potatoes, then sprinkle them with curry powder and mash them finely.

  3. Transfer the mashed potatoes to a bowl and create a depression in the center, resembling a bird's nest. Fill the depression with mayonnaise.

  4. Finally, place the colorful eggs on top of the mashed potatoes.

Enjoy your creative dish!
You can make a cut to create a smiley mouth on the eggs and add eyes using black sesame seeds to make it even more fun.
